On 23^rd July 2014, Adarsha Film and TV Institute celebrated their 41st anniversary in Chowdaiah Memorial hall, Malleshwaram, Bangalore at 4:00 PM. DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. being the sponsors, were the centre of attraction of this awe-inspiring event.

On this propitious occasion, Mr. Shivshankar and Mr. Dilip N Bhovi of DS-MAX Properties were honored by the Principal of Adarsha Film Institute, S. Narayan (Actor and Director) and Crazy Star-Ravichandran (Actor and Director).

A handful of the applauded dignitaries and celebrities who witnessed this fabulous celebration were Rebel Star - Dr. Ambarish, Crazy Star - Ravi Chandran, Kichcha - Sudeep, Umashri, Dr. Jayamala - KFCC President amongst many others. This auspicious occasion also enticed a great number of Directors, Producers, and Association Heads from all over Karnataka.

It was an electrifying evening loaded with tons of excitement and entertaining programs which encompasses mimicry, dramas, songs and dances. It was an excellent visual treat for the audience.

Kannada Sahitya Sammelana

Kannada Literature Conference supported by DS-MAX Properties

"Kannada Sahitya Sammelana" hosted by Kannada Sahitya Parishat and supported by DS-MAX Properties was held on 19^th and 20^th of July 2014 in Indian Campus Crusade, Near Jyothi School, Bangalore.

On this great event, DS-MAX marched on a procession from its company premises holding a 160 feet Karnataka flag to Indian Campus Crusade near Jyothi School grounds. The active participation of all the DS-MAX employees dressed in white illustrated their high regards towards the Kannada language. The Executive Director of DS-MAX Properties, Mr. S.P. Dayanand was honored on this auspicious occasion. DS-MAX employees dressed in white were the limelight of the event which enticed a lot of audience.

                                                       

                              

Kannada Sahitya Sammelana (Kannada Literature Conference) is the premier gathering of writers, poets and kannadigas held by Kannada Sahitya Parishat. It is held with the aim of preserving and developing Kannada language, its literature, arts, culture and music.

On 4^th July, 2014, Silicon India in association with L&T, hosted the “Bangalore Real Estate Awards – 2014” in Hotel Lalit Ashok, Bangalore at 6 P.M, to recognize and identify laudable merit of nobles and professionals who have played a vital role in the growth of real estate sector in Bangalore.

Nada Prabhu Kempe Gowda Award to Dr. K.V. Satish

 On June 27, 2014, DS-MAX’s Chairman and Founder, Dr. K. V. Satish was felicitated with the prestigious “Nada Prabhu Kempegowda Award – 2014” for his great contribution of uplifting downtrodden and deprived sections of the society.

In the memory of Bangalore founder, Nada Prabhu Kempegowda, BBMP celebrated Kempegowda Day in a great way. Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike once again gave in to the intense pressure from various circles and chose as many as 136 “illustrious sons of the soil” for the Kempegowda Award, this year.

It is a grand day for DS-MAX Properties, as our honorable and inspiring Chairman has once again proved to all of us that, he is a great winner of awards, accolades and recognition. Winning takes talent, to repeat takes character. 19th June- an Auspicious Day as it is the birthday of our beloved Chairman Dr. K.V.Satish 

On behalf of our beloved Chairman Dr. K.V. Satish’s Birthday on 19^th June 2014, DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with KVS Fans Charitable Trust organized a 3 days “Free Eye Cataract Surgery” campaign from 16^th June to 18^th June 2014 in association with Modi Hospital and also Food Donation was organized in Kidwai Hospital on 17^th June 2014. 

It has become a tradition for DS-MAX for sponsoring and participating in the corporate social responsibility activities.

With a strong belief to assist and to raise the deprived sections of the society, DS-MAX is improving the lifestyle of the poor people. Lot of poor people throughout Karnataka has been benefited through our free eye cataract surgery camps. Apart from this, DS-MAX has also extends its philanthropic arm to children by visiting the cancer patients at Kidwai Hospital and donates Food regularly. It organizes development programs in all areas which promise to uplift downtrodden and deprived sections of the society. It is a passion of the trustees in this organization to help the poor people.

Eye Campaign organized by DS-MAX at Kallambella

More than 100 patients visited the camp which was conducted in Kallambella, Tumkur on 16^th June 2014 for the eye treatment. This campaign served the people who were not able to get their eye operated due to financial reasons. More than 70 patients were tested Eye Cataract and were brought to Modi Hospital. The patients were treated free of cost along with free transportation, food and medications. During the event, food, snacks and juices were offered to the patients. 

Food Donation by DS-MAX At Kidwai Hospital

DS-MAX believes in ‘Every service to the needy, feeding the hungry, every cup of water given to the thirsty, and every moment spent caring for precious children lasts for the eternity’.

Nutritious food was not only distributed for all the patients at Kidwai Hospital, but also for all the family members of the patients and housekeeping staff present at the hospital to meet their nutritional needs.

If poor and destitute is provided at least one wholesome meal in a day, they have a chance to face the challenges of their hard life.

One of the biggest hits in director S.V. Krishna Reddy and Ali’s career was the socio fantasy film of ‘Yamaleela’ released long ago.

The talented director began the production works for a sequel of ‘Yamaleela’ with Dr. K.V. Satish, entrepreneur turned actor as hero and Mohan Babu is to do the honors as Lord Yama which was done by Kaikala Satyanarayana in the first part.

A Mythological-Comedy movie Yamaleela 2 is computer generated imagery (CGI) which will make a visual treat to the audiences. S.V. Krishna Reddy insists that no stones have been left unturned to make the film look authentic and the movie is high on visual effects.

Coming to the heroine for 'Yamaleela 2' producers selected a South African model turned actress named as Diah Nicolas. Diah looks more like a Telugu girl and she is positioned in Hyderabad undergoing rigorous sessions in Telugu language speaking, dances and understanding the Telugu film industry

20 years ago, the huge box office success of the movie ‘Yamaleela’ was indescribable. The movie filled the whole Andhra Pradesh with loads of laugh. It was a small movie with a huge blockbuster. The time when everyone started thinking that S.V. Krishna Reddy wouldn’t make any more movies, he shocked everyone by initiating ‘Yamaleela 2’.

S.V. Krishna Reddy states that ‘Yamaleela 2’ is not a sequel of ‘Yamaleela’, but is a part of that series. He also told that even in this movie the divination book will fall down, but the rest of movie would be completely new and different. He is making this movie along with the producer Atchchi Reddy. “I would achieve a grand success with this movie again, after which I would make another movie with Dr. K.V. Satish as a hero” said the director in one of the press meets.

DS-MAX celebrated its 9^th anniversary on 19^th June 2014 in Chowdiah Memorial Hall, Bangalore. On this auspicious occasion, 16 senior artists/actors who have immensely contributed to the development of Kannada Cinema industry were honored with the most esteemed “DS-MAX Kalashree awards” and financial assistance as a part of social responsibility.
