Diwali at DS-MAX
It was a fantastic evening at DS-MAX on 24th October 2014 with lots of cheer and jaunty. The much awaited and lovable festival of lights, Diwali/ Deepavali, was celebrated with traditional fervor across DS-MAX Premises.
The festival marks the triumph of light over darkness. It is believed that on this day Rama the Hindu god had returned to Ayodhya after 14 years in exile, so in honor of his return people decorated their houses with earthen lamps and diyas and illuminated the sky with fireworks. The festive occasion is also marked with exchange of sweets and gifts with friends and relatives.
The DS-MAX staff decorated the premises with earthen lamps and Rangoli. Firecrackers illuminated the night sky during Diwali festival. There was lots of happiness and excitement seen among all the employees. The whole atmosphere was so buoyant and was filled with brightness.
DS-MAX
staff of different religions celebrated Diwali with the same enthusiasm and
excitement. It signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over
ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair
